The Maize Genetics Cooperation Board of Directors, in an effort for timely and regular communication with the MGC community, is publishing a twice a year Community Dispatch called "The Kernel". The purpose of The Kernel is to provide updates to the MGC community on:

1. The progress the BoD is making on different issues

2. The annual summary reports from each MGC Committee

3. Any other information of broad relevance for the community

The first issue was published on February 23rd, 2024. Expect more to come!
